Carbon DeOxo Method
For the carbon DeOxo method, nitrogen feed gas with residual oxygen generated by PSA system is reacted with carbon in a high temperature reactor. The residual oxygen and the carbon are converted to CO2 as the following reaction:
C + O2 = CO2
